LEADERS OF TOMORROW CLUB

FOUR LEVELS OF ACHIEVEMENT:

What do I have to do to attain the four levels of achievement?

Level 3: (Recommended for youth over 13)

1. Write a two-page paper about human rights violations in a part of the world. Include what should be done to improve the situation.

2. Put together a simple event about human rights, such as a booth on YHR Leaders of Tomorrow Club as part of a larger event, or a speech at a school. Coordinate your event beforehand with your group leader.

3. Become a pen pal with a member of the Club in another country. Exchange at least three letters or e-mails about human rights in your area and ask about the state of human rights in their country.

4. Learn about a culture different from your own. Create an art piece showing what you like about that culture. Suggestions are:

  • A story or essay
  • A drawing or painting
  • The script of a short play
  • A poem
  • A song
5. Make two new members of the Leaders of Tomorrow Club.

6. Get two young persons through Level 2.

7. Click here to find where to send what you have done.
