LEADERS OF TOMORROW CLUB

FOUR LEVELS OF ACHIEVEMENT:

What do I have to do to attain the four levels of achievement?

Level 2: (Recommended for youth over 10)

1. If you have an active YHR Leaders of Tomorrow Club in your area, attend an event as a member of the Club and write a short essay describing what you learned.

2. Participate in a human rights or youth event by doing at least two of the following:

  • Speaking about the importance of human rights.
  • Helping to set up part of the event or otherwise contribute.
  • Promoting the event so that people come.

    3. Write to a government leader about Youth for Human Rights International and why you joined the Leaders of Tomorrow Club.

    4. Read about the life of a famous person who made an impact on the world by improving human rights for many people. Write a one-page essay about what this person did to bring about change.

    5. Teach five children or adults about human rights.

    6. Make at least one new member of the Leaders of Tomorrow Club.

    7. Get one young person through Level 1.
